为ubuntu的apt-get使用http/https代理

最近配置服务器，需要使apt-get透过代理服务器来访问互联网，查到让apt-get使用http/https代理的方法，记录下来，备忘：

命令：

sudo apt-get -o Acquire::http::proxy="https://username:password@proxy.server.com:8080" install package
